These fudgy almond flour brownies are a chocolate lovers dream. So rich and decadent, you will never guess they are gluten-free.
Chewy Gooey Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup cocoa
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup coconut oil
3 eggs (or egg substitute)
2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups coconut sugar
1 3/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8 baking pan with coconut oil. Line with parchment paper. This will make it easy to lift the brownies out of the pan after baking. Set the pan aside.
- In a large metal bowl, combine a 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Fill a pot about a quarter full of water and place the bowl on top. Melt the chocolate on high heat, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. When the chocolate is melted, remove the bowl from on top of the pot. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa, almond four, and salt until combined. Add wet ingredients to dry. Stir until well combined. Stir in the remaining chocolate chips.
- Pour the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let the brownies cool before cutting into squares.
