Nutrition Assessment (75min) 

Comprehensive assessment of medical history, nutrition, mental health, lifestyle, current medications, and supplementation.

Based on your needs, we will design goals and a personalized protocol. During coaching sessions, we will work together to ensure you have the tools and knowledge necessary to become a healthier you. Your goals will continue to adjust as we make progress and as your nutritional needs change. Together, we will overcome plateaus and hurdles with fun, inventive approaches to keep you feeling motivated and empowered.

Third Session (optional)

Kitchen and Pantry Organizing

Transform your kitchen into a haven with my guidance. I'll help you organize your kitchen and pantry to support your nutritional goals, making meal prep fun, accessible, and convenient. Creating an environment that fosters a positive relationship with food is essential for your well-being.

Forth Session (Optional)

Diagnostic and Clinical Lab Testing with Lab Interpretation Session (90 min)
